“Machinable like metal, applied like paste — no welding, no distortion, no downtime for hot work permits.”

The flagship Belzona repair composite. A paste-grade, steel-filled epoxy that bonds to almost any rigid surface and machines like metal once cured. The default choice for rebuilding worn shafts, keyways, flange faces and casings.

Key benefits
  • Machinable after cure — drill, tap, turn
  • No shrinkage, no weld distortion
  • Excellent adhesion to steel, cast iron, brass
  • Resistant to oils, fuels and many chemicals
Typical applications
  • Worn shafts and bearing housings
  • Scored hydraulic rams
  • Flange face refurbishment
  • Pump casing rebuild

A repair composite formulated to displace water and cure on wet or underwater surfaces — for repairs where drying the substrate simply isn’t possible.

Key benefits
  • Cures underwater and on wet steel
  • Paste grade — stays where you put it
  • No primer required
Typical applications
  • Splash-zone and immersed repairs
  • Leaking joints in wet conditions
  • Water intake structures

Engineered for emergencies: bonds through oil, moisture and minimal surface preparation. The product behind Belzona’s live leak-sealing kits.

Key benefits
  • Bonds to oily and wet surfaces
  • Hand-applied with minimal prep
  • Cures fast for rapid return to service
Typical applications
  • Live leak sealing on pipework
  • Emergency repairs mid-production
  • Repairs where blasting is impossible

A ceramic-filled rebuilding composite for equipment suffering erosion-corrosion in fluid flow — the standard first coat for pump and water box refurbishment.

Key benefits
  • Rebuilds metal lost to erosion-corrosion
  • Outstanding adhesion in immersion service
  • Base layer for 1321/1341 topcoats
Typical applications
  • Pump internals and impellers
  • Condenser water boxes and tube sheets
  • Valve bodies and pipe elbows

A smooth ceramic-filled barrier coating applied over rebuilt surfaces to give long-term protection against erosion-corrosion in flowing liquids.

Key benefits
  • High-gloss, low-friction finish
  • Long-term immersion resistance
  • Proven on thousands of pumps worldwide
Typical applications
  • Pump casings and impellers
  • Cooling water systems
  • Butterfly valves and strainers

A hydrophobic efficiency coating with a surface smoother than polished stainless steel. Applied to fluid-handling equipment it measurably increases pump efficiency.

Key benefits
  • Up to 7% efficiency gain on new pumps
  • Up to 20% recovered on refurbished pumps
  • Reduces energy consumption long-term
Typical applications
  • Centrifugal pump overhauls
  • Cooling water pumps
  • Energy-efficiency programmes

High-temperature erosion-corrosion protection for equipment operating in hot immersed conditions — built for heat exchangers and process vessels.

Key benefits
  • Immersion service at elevated temperature
  • Resists aggressive process fluids
  • Spray or brush applied
Typical applications
  • Heat exchanger water boxes
  • Hot process pipework
  • Evaporator bodies

A paste-grade repair composite for hot equipment — rebuilding and resurfacing metal that operates well above the limits of standard epoxies.

Key benefits
  • Paste grade for hot-service repairs
  • Machinable after cure
  • Pairs with 1591/1593 coatings
Typical applications
  • Hot flange faces
  • Steam system components
  • Furnace ancillary equipment

A wear-resistant composite densely packed with ceramic aggregate — built to take the punishment of fine-particle abrasion that destroys fan blades and chutes.

Key benefits
  • Extreme fine-particle abrasion resistance
  • Trowel-applied lining for wear zones
  • Outlasts hardfacing in many duties
Typical applications
  • ID/FD fan blades in cement plants
  • Cyclones and separator cones
  • Chutes, hoppers and screw conveyors
